Right Time Travels provides travel consultancy, visa support, air ticketing, hotel reservations, tour planning, document inspection and related travel services. By requesting a service, making payment or travelling with our support, you agree to the terms below.
Visa consultancy
We provide guidance, document preparation and submission support. Visa approval is decided only by embassies, consulates or immigration authorities.
Flights, hotels and tours
Bookings depend on supplier availability and may change until confirmed. Prices, schedules, taxes and rules are subject to airline, hotel or tour operator terms.
Payments and refunds
Deposits, full payments, cancellation fees and refund eligibility depend on the service type and supplier rules stated in your quotation or invoice.
Traveller responsibility
Clients must provide accurate information and valid documents. Right Time Travels advises but cannot guarantee entry, visa approval or supplier decisions.
Important booking rules
By using our website or services, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
All quotations are valid only until the stated expiry date and are subject to availability.
Government fees, embassy fees, insurance premiums, airline penalties and third-party charges may be non-refundable.
Tour cancellations are assessed according to the cancellation stage in your booking confirmation.
We act as an agent for airlines, hotels, embassies, insurers and other suppliers where applicable.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana unless a written agreement states otherwise.
